Model Horse Order Form

All orders will be completed and shipped within 45 days, provided full payment has been made. To begin a custom order, 50% of the cost must be paid up front and the rest due upon completion of the model. Once work has begun on the model, deposit is non-refundable. Please fill out the form below, then email or snail-mail photos of the horse along with your contact information and special instructions. I will contact you shortly after receipt of your photos and information. If there is a miscalculation in your payment I will contact you with the adjustment, and should you decline the commission, I will refund your deposit.

PHOTOS: Please take in outside daylight if possible without using the flash (better true color this way) Photos taken inside the stall will not accurately portray the horse's coat. Close-ups of all markings (legs and facial, and any other unique marks)

BASE PRICING: They include sanding of seams, carving out of ears, hooves,nostrils, and removal of logo. Insured USPS shipping to the continental US is also included. Other shipping options are available but will cost extra.
